Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh brussels sprouts Trimmed and sliced in half
- 1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese more if you like
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- extra olive oil cooking spray
- salt and black pepper

- Place the cut brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl and add the oil parmesan cheese, garlic powder and some salt and pepper and toss really well to coat all the sprouts.
- Next, spray the baking sheet with the cooking spray and place the brussels sprouts face down in and even layer and scape all the cheese out of the mixing bowl and sprinkle what's left in the mixing bowl over the top.
- Last, spray the tops of the brussels sprouts with a little bit more cooking spray and bake at 425 degrees for 18 minutes and serve! I check them by opening the oven around 12 minutes and lifting one sprout to make sure it is brown but not burnt! :)
- Once the brussels sprouts are in the serving bowl, I sprinkle a bit more parmesan cheese over the top. This side dish is so good and easy for any night of the week! :)
