Pea Pesto with Ciabatta Crostini

Ingredients
Pea Pesto
- 1 14oz bag bag frozen sweet peas thawed
- 1/2 cup parmesan reggiano - freshly
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning (add more if you like)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Ciabatta Crostini
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread sliced
- extra virgin olive oil (to drizzle over bread)

Instructions
- In a food processor add all the pesto ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pre-heat and oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil - place all the sliced bread on the baking sheet and drizzle the olive oil over all the slices. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and flip them halfway through then serve!
