Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl add the cream cheese, garlic powder and some black pepper and mix well to combine. Then lightly salt and pepper the asparagus and set aside.
  2. Then take you pork tenderloin with the cut down the side and spread on the cream cheese mixture evenly and top that with the asparagus - 3-4 pieces depending on the size of your pork.
  3. Close the pork with kitchen string or a few toothpicks to hold everything inside and then drizzle on 2 tbsp of olive oil and just a little pinch of salt and more black pepper and rub that all over both sides of the pork.
  4. Then in a large sauté pan on medium-high heat add the pork tenderloin and sear it on both sides for about 2 minutes to get a brown crust.
  5. Next, transfer the pork to a baking dish and add the teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce over the top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until the juices run clear and serve. :)
  6. Cooks tip : Do NOT over salt this pork bc the worcestershire sauce is salty and also add a little bit of water around the sides of the pork half way through cooking to keep it moist - this will also create a sauce. :)
