Instructions
  1. Season both sides of the mushrooms with salt and pepper and add 1 tbsp of the oil to a sauce pan with the tbsp of basil in a tube and cook first side of the mushrooms for about 3 minutes and while cooking the bottom drizzle the tops with some more olive oil and then flip and cook another 3 minutes on the other side.
  2. Then add some marinara sauce to the bottom of a baking dish and place the mushrooms in the dish. Next, top each mushroom with some more sauce – then parsley – then some mozzarella cheese and then some parmesan cheese. Last, spray a little olive oil cooking spray over the tops and bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly!
  3. This is a great vegetarian dish and it is so good you will not miss the meat! :)
