  1. First set up a dredging station- one bowl with the flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with the beaten eggs and one with the crushed potato chips. Then drain the pickle chips in a stainer and start to dredge, coat in the flour first, then the egg and last in the crushed chips.
  2. Next, once each pickle chip is coated in the chips, place them on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with the olive oil cooking spray.
  3. Then bake them at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes, I let them cook for about 9 minutes the first side and them flip them over for the rest of the time. Make sure you check on these so that they don’t burn because the oven is at such a high heat.
  4. Then simply transfer the pickle chips to a serving dish and enjoy! I serve these pickles with ranch dressing that I mix with Frank’s RedHot Wing Sauce and it is so good!
