Pumpkin Hummus
super easy
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 15 oz can Garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp Tahini sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 small lemon the juice
- 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor EXCEPT the olive oil and pulse until smooth. Then slowly add in the extra virgin olive oil until to get the consistency you like and serve!
- This is a great appetizer for the holidays and I love to serve it with Stacy's "Parmesan and Herb Pita Chips! ( can find in any grocery store )
