Rinse brussels sprouts, cut off the ends and remove outside leaves. Then peel off the remaining leaves and dry them on paper towels ( this takes a little time but trust me it is worth it )
Then line a baking sheet with foil and place the leaves on it and drizzle on the olive oil and sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the top. Then toss them around so that each piece is coated and then spread them apart in an even layer
Bake them at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes tossing them all around half way through to make sure they get brown and crisp -Serve immedialty and enjoy!
These are my new favorite snack they are absolutely delicious!!!
