  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put the chickpeas on paper towels and dry thoroughly. Next in a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, oregano, and some and pepper and toss to coat.
  3. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with foil and spread them in an even layer, bake them for 50 minutes to 1 hour until they are crunchy and enjoy!!!!
