Roasted Chick Peas with Parmesan and Garlic

- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1/4 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put the chickpeas on paper towels and dry thoroughly. Next in a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, oregano, and some and pepper and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with foil and spread them in an even layer, bake them for 50 minutes to 1 hour until they are crunchy and enjoy!!!!
