Instructions
  1. First peel and slice your potatoes and then take a heart shaped cookie cutter and cut out each shape and set aside.
  2. The heart shaped potatoes will look like this and then in a small bowl mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, melted butter and paprika and set aside.
  3. Next, in a large pot of water add the potatoes and turn the heat on high and bring it to a boil and cook them for 4 minutes.
  4. Once the potatoes have boiled for 4 minutes, drain them and dry them on paper towels and set aside.
  5. Then on a large baking sheet brushed with a little olive, add the potatoes and break apart the rosemary sprigs and place them around the pan. Then with a small spoon drizzle the sauce made of olive oil, paprika, butter and garlic over the top of each potato. Then season each heart shaped potatoes with some black pepper and salt over the top.
  6. Bake the potatoes at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes and then flip them over and cook for about another 10 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown.
  7. Once the potatoes are done, simply transfer them to a serving tray and enjoy! The potatoes are the perfect side dish for Valentine's Day and will make whoever you cook them for feel special.
