Roasted Parmesan Ranch Potato Wedges
super easy

Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Salad Dressing Mix
- 2-3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil start with 2 add more if needed based on the size of your potatoes
- 1/3- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese as much as you like
- black pepper

- In a large mixing bowl add in the potatoes, olive oil and black pepper and mix well to combine
- Pre- heat the oven to 400 degrees and then add the coated potatoes to a large baking sheet covered with foil. Bake the potatoes for about 25- 30 minutes until they are browned and them flip them over.
- Once the potatoes have been flipped then top the other side with the grated parmesan cheese.
- Then bake them for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and they are golden brown like this.
- Then transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl and I like to top mine with some parsley and a bit more parmesan cheese and enjoy!
