Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Lemon and Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp extra virgin oilive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Herbs de provence
- salt and pepper I used Himalayan Pink salt

Instructions
- Place pork tenderloin in a baking dish and add the olive oil and turn it around to coat both sides. Then top each side with half the garlic powder, herbs de provence and some salt and pepper. Last pour the lemon juice over the top.
- Roast at 425 degrees for the first 20 minutes to sear it- then turn the oven down to 350 degrees for the last 20 minutes. Take it out and cover it with foil and let it rest about 8- 10 minutes and serve!
