Roasted Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 potatoes scrubbed cleaned and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tbsp flat leaf parsley chopped
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Place potato wedges on a baking sheet and add olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper and toss well to combine.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes flipping the wedges half way through and enjoy!!! These are a crowd pleaser every time and so easy to make!
