Roasted Shrimp with Lemon Dill
Ingredients
- 1 bag "easy peel" extra large raw frozen shrimp thawed, rinsed, and dried on paper towels
- 2 tbsp lemon infused olive oil (can find at Whole Foods or most grocery stores)
- 1-2 tsp dill weed (add as much as you'd like)
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add the shrimp, olive oil, dill weed and some salt and pepper and mix to combine ( can keep it in the refrigerator until your ready to cook it )
- On a baking sheet lined with foil add the shrimp in an even layer and roast at 375 degrees for about 5-7 minutes or until done and enjoy!!!
