  1. First bake the salmon for about 10-15 minutes depending if thawed and cook to medium. The brand I use from Costco is marinated so it is already seasoned. This helps with flavor and saves you a step! :)
  2. Once the salmon has cooled, with a fork break it up and remove the skin and place it in a mixing bowl. Then add in the chives, capers, dill, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and mix well to combine. Check to see if it needs a pinch of salt and pepper and serve!
  3. I serve this with endive leaves or healthy crackers and it is so good!
