Sautéed Spinach with Turkey Bacon and Feta
Ingredients
- 1 bag spinach
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Instructions
- In a large sauté pan cook the turkey bacon for about 7 minutes and then set aside and chop once it's cool enough to touch.
- In the same sauté pan add the oil and spinach with some salt and pepper and cook until slightly wilted and then add back in the turkey bacon and cook another minute or so.
- Last, squeeze in a bit of the lemon juice and feta and toss and then transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
