Sautéed Cherry Tomatoes with Garlic and Basil

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 pint yellow sunburst tomatoes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil or more if you like
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a large sauté pan on medium heat, add the olive oil, oregano and the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. Next, add in the tomatoes and some salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes shaking the pan a few times to move them around.
- Once the tomatoes start to burst turn of the heat and add the basil. These tomatoes are a great light side dish, and you can also serve this over pasta, chicken and fish. :)
