Shrimp Boil
super easy
Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp with the shells on
- 3-4 ears sweet corn on the cob break each one in half
- 1 piece smoked fully cook turkey sausage
- 1/3 cup Tony Chachere's Seasoning more if you like it more spicy
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 tbsp light butter

Instructions
- In a lage mixing bowl add the shrimp, turkey sausage, corn, Tony Chachere's and garlic and mix well to combine. I let this sit for a bit before cooking but you can skip this step.
- Next, boil and large pot of water and when it gets to a hard boil add 2 tbsp of the butter and then the shrimp mixture and cook for about 8 minutes until everything is cooked.
- Last, drain the entire pot and then add the shrimp mixture back to the empty pot and add 1 more tbsp of the light butter and mix well. Then serve everything on a large serving tray with cocktail sauce and lemons.
- This is the best, easiest way to enjoy a great shrimp boil at home any night of the week! :)
