  1. First, mix all you sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl and then place the sauce at the bottom of you slow cooker. Then place you chicken thighs face side down and turn it on high and let it start to cook.
  2. About half way through I flip the chicken around or you can just spoon some sauce over this side to make sure it all gets coated in the sauce. However, make sure you flip it back over to the first side so it gets really brown and a crust forms on it.
  3. Then when they are done simply sprinkle the tops with some sesame seeds and a bit of sliced green onion and enjoy!
  4. This recipe is so easy, delicious and can be done with only pantry items you already have. I created this recipe when my daughter and I were snowed in and it may be one of my favorite recipes!!
