Place roast in the slow cooker and add the rub to both sides of the roast - add as much as you like ( I like a lot ) Then top it with at least 5 dashes of worcestershire sauce and then add the chicken broth around the sides and cook it on low for 8 hours. Shred the roast with 2 forks once it's done.
This pork comes out awesome and can be used for so MANY recipes - I like to make sliders, but you can keep it for pasta, tacos or quesadillas the sky is the limit. My mom uses this open- faced on sourdough bread and adds pork gravy! :)
For the slider:
I slice the rolls in half and bake them for 3 minutes - one side with the cheese so it melts - then top them with a good amount of the pork - then top them with the slider sauce for me :) My daughter loves them with barbecue sauce and enjoy!
