Instructions
  1. This recipe could not be easier - simply place the chicken tenders in the slow cooker and add the salsa. Set on high for 4 hours but they will only take 3 & 1/2- if you use chicken breasts they will take 4 hours because they are larger.
  2. For the tortilla chips- Cut the tortilla into strips and spray a baking sheet with the olive oil cooking spray and then place them on the sheet and spray the tops as well. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes and add a pinch of salt when they are done and set aside.
  3. There are many options to add to this - if you want cheese simply stir it in the last few minutes in the slow cooker. I like to eat this over rice with all the toppings, but my daughter like to make a taco with a soft tortilla so the choice is up to you! :)
  4. This recipe is great for taco Tuesday and requires little effort but big flavor!
