Spiced Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients
- 1 15oz Garbanzo beans rinsed & dried on paper towels
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper ( add more if you like heat )
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1 &1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- After rinsing the garbanzo beans be sure to dry them very well on paper towels to get the moisture out.
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking a sheet with foil and toss the garbanzo beans with the olive oil and spices and spread them out in an even layer
- Cook the beans for about 40 minutes until gloden brown and crunchy - toss them around half way through and enjoy!
- This is a favortie healthy snack in my house and my 11 year old daughter loves them!!!!
