Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 pack button mushrooms wiped clean with a kitchen towel and stems off
- 1/3 cup Italian style panko bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese Use Parmesan Reggiano - also add more cheese if you like a lot
- 1 teaspoon fresh Tarragon chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
- 1 large garlic clove - chopped
- 2 & 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

- In a mixing bowl add the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic herds, 1 & 1/2 tbsp of the olive oil and some salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Then cover a baking sheet with foil and add some of the olive oil all over the bottom of it and then place the mushroom caps on them and stuff each one with the mixture.
- Last, drizzle a little more olive oil over each mushroom top and bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown and enjoy!
- This is a great appetizer for the holidays its easy and delicious!
