Tomato, Basil and Radish Stack
super easy
Ingredients
- 4 Plum tomatoes cut into slices
- 4 large radishes cut into slices
- fresh basil leaves as many as you like
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon the juice
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar if you don't want to use lemon juice or any vinegar you like
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Simply stack tomatoes, radishes and basil and top with, olive oil lemon juice ( or any vinegar of your choice ) salt and pepper and enjoy!!!
- When I'm on a cleanse or really watching my dairy I add radish instead of mozzarella cheese and its delicious!!!
