  1. Cut your Ahi Tuna into cubes and place them in a bowl and add the marinade. Toss the cubes in the marinade to coat and then place it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Then take out the tuna and place cubes on a cutting board and chop them until you get a crushed texture.
  2. For the rice- I love using leftover Basmati rice for this or you can make whatever kind you like and use that. For the avocado - I cut it inside the skin and cube it into a bowl and add some salt, pepper and a bit of lime juice and smash it a little bit.
  3. To build this: I take a small plastic cup and start to layer - rice first and then avocado and press down so it is tight. Then flip this onto a plate and top with the tuna, toasted sesame seeds and chives!
  4. This looks so fancy but is actually very easy to make and I hope you love it as much as I do! :) You should get 4-6 tuna tartare stacks out of this.
