Turkey Chili
super easy
Ingredients
- 1.3 pounds ground turkey
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 yellow pepper chopped
- 1 28oz diced tomatoes
- 1 15oz black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 15oz light red kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 15oz pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1-2 tbsp chili powder more depending on the heat you like
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper more depending on the heat you like
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a large pot add the coconut oil, onion, pepper and a pinch of salt and cook for about 6 minutes and then add in the garlic and cook another 2 minutes.
- Next add in the ground turkey, all the spices and some salt and pepper and cook until the turkey is no longer pink. Then add in the tomatoes, beans and chicken broth and cook for about an hour and enjoy!
