Turkey, Green Bean and Tomato Bake

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 3/4 cup fresh green beans chopped
- 3/4 of a 28 oz can San Marzano crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried tyhme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 cup whole grain pasta I used spirals
- salt and back pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook pasta to package instructions drain and set aside. In a large saute pan add the oil, onion and a pinch of salt and cook for about 6 minutes and then add in the oregano, thyme, pepper and the ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.
- Next add in the tomatoes, green beans, garlic salt , parsley, chicken broth and some more back pepper and cook another 8 minutes.
- Next add in the pasta and most of the parmesan cheese and mix well to combine. Transfer to baking dish and top with the rest of the parmesan cheese.
- Bake and cover with foil for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and serve!
