Zucchini Chips

Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini washed and sliced thin
- paprika
- garlic powder
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees - Place thin zucchini slices on paper towels and top them with them too and press down a bit to get the moisture it. Allow them to sit for about 15 minutes, this will help them get crispy.
- Next, place them on a baking sheet lined with foil in an even layer and brush the zucchini slices with some olive oil ( both sides) and top with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then sprinkle them with a little garlic powder and some paprika and bake for about 20 minutes until a little brown and crispy!
