Zucchini Noodles with Turkey and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini noodles made on a Spiralizer ( I got mine on Amazon.com )
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
- 1/4 cup onion chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste can find in produce section by the fresh herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoing
- 1 tbsp extra virgin oilve oil
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a large sauté pan add the oil and chopped onion with a pinch of salt and cook for about 3 minutes until tender and then add in the garlic paste, ground turkey, Italian seasoning , and some salt and pepper and cook for about 6 minutes until no longer pink.
- Next, add in the zucchini noodles, tomatoes, chicken broth and some more salt and pepper and cook about 4 minutes until noodles begin to get tender and then add the parmesan cheese toss and serve!
