Roasted Pumpkin Seeds!!!!!

Happy Halloween!!! Tomorrow is the big day and in honor of this festive weekend I wanted to share my favorite roasted pumpkin seeds recipes!!!

My daughter Laila and her best friend Asta got busy last weekend carving pumpkins and pulling out all the seeds for me to bake!



My original recipe is easy….just clean and dry the seeds and then put them on a baking sheet lined with foil and add extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for 25- 30 minutes! Make sure that you move them around a few times while cooking them so each seed gets browned and crispy! :)

My daughter likes to make a separate batch and she does the same thing except with the olive oil she adds, cinnamon, sugar , vanilla and a little pumpkin pie spice! Laila’s version is just as good and they come out delicious and sweet!!
