Salt and Pepper!!
Ok guys this post is going to be a little boring but I wanted to address the reason I don’t put a measurement when I list salt and pepper in my recipes. The reason is bc I really feel it is a matter of taste and preference. My mom for example uses barely any salt for health reasons and a lot of people use a salt substitute these days as well. So, when I’m cooking I feel it is better to just taste whatever your cooking and add seasoning as you go along a little at a time until it taste perfect to you! :) I also have cooked many recipes by using the amount of salt and pepper recommend and then if it was too much I had ruined the dish and couldn’t turn back. These are just my personal thoughts on adding seasoning to my dishes but I wanted to at least explain why I do it! Have a great Monday everybody!!!!!!
