St. Patricks Day Inspired Devil Eggs!!!!!!
It’s almost St.Patricks Day and since my best friend is Irish, I decided to make an inspired treat that is green-ish in color and delicious in taste! Here is all you need:
Green food coloring
Basil seasoning in tube – can find in produce aisle
Salt and pepper
Boiling the eggs – I do it the same every time and it’s fool-proof. Place the eggs in the pot with cold water and bring to a boil and boil them for 8 minutes and then rinse under cold water and peel. Next, cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolk into a mixing bowl. Them add a SMALL about of the basil – a little goes a long way you just want the flavor but don’t add too much! :) Then add in some mayo ( as much as you like) and a few drops of food coloring, some chopped green onion and then some salt and pepper to taste. Last, fill each egg with the mixture and serve in any festive way you like!
