Ok it’s after the New Year and everyone is on a mission to cut back on the over-eating from the holidays and get back into shape! So, I wanted to share a few “cool finds” I found for portion control plates. I know they seem a little crazy but I promise you they do work if you use them faithfully to stay on track. These plates have come a long way and they now have creative and fun patterns that are also very discrete. I found decorative ones ( zazzle.com  / opensky.com) , on the go plates ( timeformecatalog.com / Rakuten.com )  – there are so many to choose from and they even make them for kids as well. I think the great thing about the travel plates is that you can pre-plan your lunch and take them with you to work everyday. In this busy world we live in, it is sometimes hard to manage everything so these plates are a great tool to help you do just that!
